Privacy & Data Policy

Plain language, no legal padding. Last updated September 2026.

What we store

When you use CloverCloser, we store:

  • Your account details (name, email) via Clerk, our authentication provider.
  • Your offer/pricing setup — product name, pricing tiers, payment terms, your script or framework.
  • Call review results — the client name you enter, call outcome, and the scores/evidence/coaching feedback our AI generates from a call transcript.
  • Your stat tracker entries, objection playbook, sales analogies, and message templates — whatever you've saved in the app.

What we don't store

We never save your raw call transcripts. When you paste or upload a transcript to get a call reviewed, it's sent to our AI provider for analysis and immediately discarded afterward — it is not written to our database. What we keep is the output of that analysis: scores, short quoted or paraphrased evidence, and coaching feedback. The full transcript itself is never persisted anywhere on our end.

Who else sees your data

Two processors handle data on our behalf, strictly to run the product:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — processes call transcripts to generate your reviews and coaching feedback. Transcripts pass through their API but aren't stored by us afterward, per the above.
  • Supabase — hosts our database (everything listed under "What we store").

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. We don't currently have an automated deletion process — if you'd like your data removed, email us (below) and we'll handle it manually. We're a small, early-stage product, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than promise an automated process we haven't built yet.

You can already delete individual reviews, objections, analogies, message templates, and offer profiles yourself, at any time, directly in the app — no need to ask us for those.
